RMIT University Car Club

The RMIT University Car Club (RUCC) provides motorsport and social events for RMIT Car Enthusiasts.

Description

RUCC has replaced the Automotive Society with a new outlook and a new and enthusiastic leadership team. Open to all RMIT students, RUCC is a social club for all RMIT car enthusiasts and aims to provide affordable track meets (byo car), go kart events, attend/watch Motorsport events as a club and link up with similar clubs at other unis.
You don't have to drive or own a car to join the club. However, to participate in the club as as a Driver with their own vehicle, members must have a valid Australian or International drivers licence (P plate or Full licence) and their car must be registered, road worthy and covered by comprehensive car insurance in the Driving Member's name.
Annual Membership is free. To join, please use the "Join" button on this page. If you don't have an account in the RUSU (Student Union) webpage system, you'll have to set up an account first. You don't have to join RUSU to join a RUSU Club.

Feel free to contact us through our club email or via our Facebook/Instagram. We'd especially love to to hear from RMIT students who'd like to get involved in helping us to organise RUCC events and activities.

Please note, our club is not associated with the Car Club RMIT (CCRMIT) Inc (which has been around since 1954). Our club is run by current RMIT students for RMIT students.
