MAEA was the academic club for students studying mechanical or automotive engineering at RMIT

Unfortunately, this clubs has not re-registered for 2024.

If enough RMIT students are interested in re-booting this club (at least 20) as part of our midyear intake,  please get one of you to reach out to the Clubs Department so we can assist. Email us at rusu.clubs@rmit.edu.au 

Please note that, to be eligible for a formal leadership role, a student would need to be continuing enrolment at RMIT until at least mid 2025. 

Calling all mechanical and automotive engineering students!

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then joining The RMIT Mechanical & Automotive Engineering Association (MAEA) is a must! MAEA has been formed to give students, whether in first, or final year the best possible opportunities and resources to begin a successful career in engineering. Throughout the year, MAEA will hold a number of events from professional networking events to industry tours which all contribute towards better career preparation for members.
