It's time for another Sit and Write!

These events are hugely popular for Postgrads at RUSU.

We acknowledge how isolating and difficult postgraduate study can be, particularly for HDR students. So this is a chance for you to study in a supportive environment, with some extras thrown in to help you de-stress and manage your study better. This Sit and Write will include yoga (no previous experience required!) and some mindfulness techniques to help you manage the stressful times in your candidature.

We'll provide the space, the food, and even the coffee! All you need to do is bring your lap top and focus on your work. We'll take care of the rest.

Free event but bookings are essential.

For catering purposes, please let us know if you have dietary requirements, or if you are fasting.
