Large Activity Space

RMIT City Campus:
Building 10, Level 3, Room 59

This large activity space in building 10 is ideal for student club social activities, large gatherings, cocktail evenings, movie nights and other non-academic events. It can be set up with tables and chairs for training, meetings or meals, or the tables and chairs can be removed to create a large open space. This room has everything your student club needs for your next social gathering or formal event.

50 people (seated) or 80 people (unseated)

Projector and speakers (inputs: HDMI, or VGA with 3.5mm audio jack; user must bring own laptop)
Kitchenette with 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, sink with hot and cold water
30 seats with 10 trestle tables
Blinds for all external windows

Restrictions

Catered or pre-prepared food can be served on site, or heated in the microwaves. Food cannot be cooked or prepared in kitchenette. Events involving alcohol are permitted but must follow Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements and RMIT Security must be notified. RMIT may require you to pay for guards depending on the scale of the event.

Medium Meeting Room

RMIT City Campus:
Building 57, Level 4, Room 37

This room is suitable for meetings, training sessions and small-scale social gatherings. The tables and chairs can be moved to the side of the room to create a small/medium-sized activity space.

Up to 25 people (seated) or 30 people (unseated).

Bundoora Space & Courtyard

RMIT Bundoora West Campus: Building 204, Level 1 & 2

This space is perfect to book for your next Club event or social gathering. The large space provides facilities perfect for entertaining with large sliding doors opening to the tree-lined courtyard, providing a great area for all occasions. If you’re looking for something a bit more formal, the self contained upstairs level is a great space to host your workshops or Club Executive meetings. A diverse space suitable for any event and smack bang in the middle of the Bundoora campus.

150 people (inside), 50 people (courtyard)

Monday to Friday, 7am – 11pm, Weekends by special arrangement

Kitchenette with 1x fridge, 1 microwave, sink with hot and cold water
Sliding doors provide access to courtyard
